The long-awaited our own farm of cocoa and vanilla that have been struggling since the company was established in 2016 have finally started!!!

Located between the world’s longest Nile River and Uganda’s largest Mabira Forest, it is in good condition and environment for cocoa and vanilla.

Of course, since it’s a bush, it starts with bush clearing. We keep necessary trees and dig up the trees which we don’t need. We slush the grass and plow the soil with a tractor and people.

Over this year, we will first prepare bananas and shade trees for cocoa, cocoa nurseries, and the same bananas for shade and support trees for vanilla.

There are lots of things to do for construction of buildings and a toilet for staff, installing rain collecting equipment for domestic water, a storage of supplies, a kitchen for staff lunch, and fences!
